Retroactive Alert - Issue Logging Into Accounts, Evening of 3/21/16

Resolved - On the evening of March 21st, from 8:40pm ET to 8:58pm ET, some customers may have experienced issues logging into their ShareFile account. Our operations team quickly identified the cause of the issue, being a hardware malfunction within our control plane that prevented some accounts from being able to login successfully. Fail over techniques were deployed to bring the application back up for impacted users and further analysis into root cause is currently taking place. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this event and for the delay in update.
