Resolved - The severe weather warning has been lifted, and support is fully back online. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

Investigating - Good evening,

Due to an outbreak of severe weather, the main support office has been temporarily evacuated for the safety of our employees; we do have a number of support representatives in other locations, however your wait time may be extended as a result of this event. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and will be back online as soon as we're able.

The ShareFile system itself is unaffected by this event, and normal operation is expected.
