Resolved - The previous issue where users were unable to reach their ShareFile login page has been resolved. If users continue to experience problems, they should restart their browser before navigating to the login page. Should issues continue, please contact support at support@sharefile.com, for further assistance.

Investigating - Some users may be receiving a '500 - Internal Server Error' when attempting to navigate to their dedicated login page to access their account. ShareFile engineering is currently investigating the problem and we will be updating periodically with any new information as soon as it becomes available.
