Resolved - The issue has been resolved, and full access has been restored as of 4pm EST, both for sharefile.com and support.sharefile.com.

Monitoring - ShareFile operations has redirected the www.sharefile.com page to an unaffected server, and access has been restored. Support.sharefile.com remains inaccessible, and we are working to implement a similar fix at this time. Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where navigation to www.sharefile.com website results in a "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable" message. A high priority ticket has been raised with our product team to investigate. Normal account logins can continue to be accessed via your sub-domain address..
