Resolved - During the evening of August 20th, the ShareFile system experienced a brief period where US accounts were unreachable. This occurred during planned maintenance that was intended to have no application impact. The problems occurred for a total of 15 minutes from 11:22pm ET to 11:37pm ET. The appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that the nature of such incidents are prevented for further system adjustments moving forward.
