Postmortem - At 11:43 AM ET on 11 March 2014, a component of the ShareFile service experienced a failure which temporarily blocked connections to one particular server. As a result, some ShareFile user logins were not able to be processed. In most cases, if a user tried again with their correct credentials they were able to login. By 11:56 AM ET, the underlying issue was addressed and all logins were being processed correctly

Monitoring - Our engineers believe that they have resolved the source of the login issue. Please note that the cause of the login problem may have also caused issues for users uploading files or using our tools such as Sync and our Outlook Plugin. Again, we believe the root cause of these issues has been identified and resolved, however we will continue monitoring the situation and will provide updates as necessary.

Investigating - Some users may be experiencing issues logging into their ShareFile account via the web application or other tools. Our engineers are currently aware of the issue and are working to research and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
