Resolved - The previous issue where some users of FTP were experiencing delayed uploads appears to be resolved. If users continue to experience problems, please contact support at support@sharefile.com for assistance.

Investigating - Currently the ShareFile system is running properly, however our engineering team is currently investigating a issue with the FTP service.
In certain situations, the file is being uploaded, but not appearing in the folder. The files will be transferred once this issue is resolved.
Our team is diligently working to resolve this issue and determine the cause. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
